Receptionist    : Good Morning, Welcome to the Ramayana Hotel. How can Ihelp you?
Traveler           : Morning, I’d like a room please?
Receptionist    : Certainly, Can  I have your full name, please?
Traveler           : My name is Rahmad Irawan
Receptionist    : Could you spell that please?
Traveler           : I-R-A-W-A-N
Receptionist    : Thank you Mr. Irawan. And when would you like to reserve it for, Sir?
Traveler           : For the 25st of November, and it would be for 3 days and 2 nights, so until the 27th
Receptionist     Very well, we have the Deluxe Executive Suite and a Standard room   available. The Deluxe Executive Suite is $649, plus tax, per night.
Traveler          : Oh wow! How much is the standard room?
Receptionist    : The standard room is $233, plus tax.
Traveler          : OK, I’ll take the standard room, please
Receptionist    : Would you like a single or a double, Sir?
Traveler          : Alright. I’d like a double room, please
Receptionist    :  How would you like to pay?
Traveler          : By Credit Card, OK
Receptionist    : That’ll be fine. Would you like a wake-up call?
Traveler           : Yes, I’d like a wake-up call for 6:30. Do you have a pool?
Receptionist    :Yes, we do. Double room to reserved for Mr. Rahmad Irawan. On the 2nd floor. Here’s your key. That’s room 300 on the third floor. Is that all?
Traveler          :Yes, that is all. Thank you very much.
Receptionist    :You’re welcome, Mr. Rahmad Irawan. Have a good day.

 Vocabulary
I’d like a room please? : room reservation
Single              : it means that one room just for one person
Double             : it means that the room can fill with two persons
Wake-up call   : calling for wake-up
Room              : place which is reserve
Pool                : Add fasilities
Stay                 : leave at moment
Pay                  : registrate





Tenses
-          Simple future is used to make planing that really certainty.
Example:         How would you like to pay?
                        That’ll be fine
-          Past future is used to ask politely.
Example:         I’d like a room please?
                        Would you like a wake-up call?
-          Simple present
Example:         My name is Rahmad Irawan
Do you have a pool?
-          Present perfect continous
Example:         We have the Deluxe Executive Suite and a Standard room available

Cultural awareness
-          6.30 is the time to wake up

-          The use of “how can I help you?” Is more politely than “can I help you?”
